Your proposal will ideally end with a ‘Conclusion’, which restates and emphasizes the specific benefits of your proposed solution. At this point, you should gain or should have gained the approval of your readers. If there is additional information that you should provide, do so. Now, make a list of all the ‘References’ that you have used when developing your proposal. Finally, an ‘Appendices’ section will end your proposal and consist of supplementary documents illustrating statements or supporting claims made in the proposal. These documents may include but are not limited to white papers, recommendation letters, resumes, case studies, similar projects, spreadsheets and flowcharts.
